THANKFUL

Life can be an emotional rollercoaster.
Over the past few days, I have gone through a wide range of emotions including the following; anger, hurt, outrage, joy, peace and love.
Interesting combination don’t you think??

BUT GOD!

In your anger,..do not sin
God gave me grace.
Imagine you try to contact someone about something,..they think you are a fraudster and they utter this word — fool
I was shocked
I was mad.
I responded — GOD BLESS YOU.

I blocked the number.
I felt stained; I felt cursed, I was mad, BUT GOD, kept me from uttering anything negative like back to sender. Else,..

Last night,..I had been hit by some news that threatened my joy and I was disturbed. Thank God for godly counsel from my new friend who i call a ‘troublemaker’ which stopped me from making an extreme decision.

He said – this could be an attack.
I took some time to myself and ended up at a place of praise. Then something else happened to get me hurt again.

Eeeii!
Problems no dey finish.
That is how life deals with me sometimes and I’m sure you too.

BUT GOD!!!!

We keep our eyes fixed on Him.
He’s done so much for us, we cannot tell it all.
See what the Lord has done and is doing in our lives.
If it had not been for the Lord on our side,..where would we have been??

GOD IS GOOD.

Isaiah 49:13-18 NLT

Sing for joy, O heavens!
Rejoice, O earth!
Burst into song, O mountains!
For the LORD has comforted his people
and will have compassion on them in their suffering.

14 Yet Jerusalem says, “The LORD has deserted us;
the Lord has forgotten us.”

15 “Never! Can a mother forget her nursing child?
Can she feel no love for the child she has borne?
But even if that were possible,
I would not forget you!

16 See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands.
Always in my mind is a picture of Jerusalem’s walls in ruins.

“they will be like jewels or bridal ornaments for you to display.

God can turn a test into a testimony.
What are you going through?
How are you responding?
Are you learning the lesson?
Or you’re digging in your heels in frustration??

Life can be hard,..BUT GOD.
Let God be supreme in all you do.
Let His Word be your guiding light and you will surely never stray.

God works allllllll things for your good.
Learn the lessons He’s trying to teach you and move on.
Being refined is painful,..but God will never let you go through more than you can bear; and He dey inside with you right there.
So nooooo shaking! 😅
